Unfortunately, we still live in this hotel. Today is May 17th, 2024. We rented the most expensive room in the TTS - a suite with a semicircular panoramic window, a bathroom and two bathrooms.
The hotel is very old. Terrible carpet!!! in the corridors and in the rooms. The rooms are tired, something is definitely not working, broken, torn off. First, we moved into the 10th floor. A few days later I had to move because the renovation started on the floor above!! Just above us. Since seven in the morning. Who settles people during the renovation - the answer is obvious: the administration of our beautiful hotel. They apologized to us at the reception and offered to move to the 8th floor. Instead of the beach, we started packing. On the 8th floor, several light bulbs did not work, it is clear that no one has lived in the room for a long time, very old air conditioning control systems, nothing is visible on the displays. They settled us in. Of course, no one helped to move. But further-more. The renovation started again above us, that is, it turns out, on the ninth floor already, and again from seven in the morning! I called the reception and it turned out that they are very sorry, but they have repair of engineering networks)))
we paid a very decent amount by Vietnamese standards, 22 million dong, and for this we have to endure repairs, an absolutely tasteless monotonous kitchen, there is nothing for a European except fried eggs and toast with melted cheese and tomatoes. And of course the beach. This is not a picture of gorgeous sunbeds. They are a hundred years old at lunch, dirty blue and white mattresses are thrown on top. On the second day, we did not find any sun beds at all, because the Vietnamese decided to start working almost at 11 a.m. After the complaint, the sunbeds appeared.
We are having a good vacation, because we did not dwell on it all, there is something to see in the country, where to go. But fuck it, he needs such a service for your money! There are much more decent hotels in Nha Trang.
Well, about cleaning. We just made the bed (they didn't change it every day, despite the fact that you). Garbage was not cleaned in all buckets. The floors were not washed every day, the stains and hair were in their places.
And most importantly, the staff will smile at you, pretend that they are helping you, but in fact they will not do anything for you, dear guests

The hotel is good, but it seems to me that it is more like 4 than 5 stars. The room is large, overlooking the sea. There was always water in the room, we replenished the supply every day. Towels were changed often too.
The breakfast is good, a large selection, many dishes.
The hotel staff is polite and friendly. They allowed me to pay the day after arrival, as I needed to change the money. No problem, we took a passport as collateral)
The pool is not super beautiful, the green artificial grass is not very good coverage in my opinion, one of the advantages is that the pool was almost always in the shade, you could not be afraid to burn out, and in the heat it was very comfortable there.
Toothbrushes, comb, shower gel and shampoo - it was all there.
Of the cons. The TV didn't work at all, and sometimes I wanted to lie down in front of the TV in the evening. The air conditioner did not turn off, it could only be turned down, and in order to sleep without a condom, I had to take out my card and stay without charging my phone, as a result, I did not have enough phone charge all my vacation, and it turned off at the most inopportune moment. And the hotel is far from the center, I had to take a taxi, which of course is not very expensive, but still. The hotel sun beds on the beach are 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. They are not in front of the hotel. Towels are provided on the beach. The umbrellas themselves look creepy, stained, streaked, and full of holes, they would have been replaced a long time ago. But in general, they perform their function of sun protection, so it's comfortable even in the sun. On the beach right in front of the hotel, the water may not be particularly clean, because the river flows there, and all the waste in the city is drained there. Perhaps that is why the sun beds are shifted in the direction of the center. Personally, I would like to settle closer to the center/night market.
The bed linen has not been changed once in a week.
Once I was left without toilet paper for a day, although I even asked for it, but they did not understand anything and did not bring it to me. I used napkins from the napkin holder)

I must say right away that this camera is very valuable to me - I took a lot of my travels with it! He quickly found out when and where I was with her at the hotel, then when we found out with him that most likely in the bank. We went with him on his bike to the bank branch, where I quickly found it. Speed and responsiveness - that's what distinguishes from the rest of such experienced and professional staff of this hotel! I want to share my impressions of staying at the MICHELIA Hotel. I had a rest there in June 2013. In my opinion, the hotel is well located. Nha Trang Shopping Center is within walking distance, just below chelam market. Fruits, clothes, shoes, coffee, tea, suitcases and much more are best bought there, you can bargain. Now about the hotel. A good hotel, clean, comfortable, decent rooms, everything you need is there, daily cleaning. The only thing that is needed is a rope and clothespins, so that the linen does not fly off the balcony, I brought it with me, but you can buy it at the mall, we also bought forks to eat fruit in the room, bought at the market. Durian cannot be brought into the room, a large fine. The menu is good at the hotel, every time there is something new, we only had breakfast, because it is most convenient not to be tied to the hotel, as there are all sorts of excursions, and walks around the city. The city is full of cafes where you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym, all this is located on the other side of the hotel, on the ground floor, right on the street. For example, in other hotels, the pools are located on the top floors, since Vietnam has expensive land and therefore there is practically no territory around the hotels. I plan to visit this hotel again, the last time I was in Vietnam in 2018, at the BOSS hotel, but somehow I didn't like it. I won't write about it. Have a great rest and good weather!

Seafood is on the menu. Huge portions (when ordering from the menu). Drinking water is always available. A variety of fruits. Good Wi-Fi. Gym, swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Friendly staff (they don't understand Russian well). The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. We had a decent rest!

Caution! The ransomware hotel! And scammers! The scheme is as follows: upon arrival, they extorted money to settle in ! $ 100 to check in, and get another $ 50 for breakfast, although all this was according to the terms of the voucher! I've been to many places, I've been to many countries, I rest 2 times a year, but I've never seen this anywhere! I just haven't seen such an attitude from the staff of the respseshn! Extortionists are exactly the person from the reception! At the check-out, the scheme is as follows at the last moment, when the bus to the airport is already waiting, it turns out that the hair dryer is broken in the room and it costs 50 dollars!! When asked to bring a hair dryer, a hair dryer was brought and, lo and behold, it works! To which they stated that the attachment tendril was broken off on the nozzle inside! I was shocked! After all, we didn't even use this hair dryer! We had to forcibly take away the passports as they refused to return them to us for this reason! It's just a shock!

Water per day is given 0.3 liters per person. There is no hair conditioner.
The food does not even pull for three! We had breakfasts and dinners. The breakfasts are still fine, I didn't like the dinners. Everything is cold. There is no tea or coffee. Only water!
The sea: if it rains, the sea is sandy in color because not far away, but the sea flows into the river and brings garbage and sand into it. Swimming is not possible.

Excellent hotel on the 2nd coastline of central Nha Trang)) I rested in it in March 2019) there are no complaints about the service and comfort (although Wi-Fi was often stupid, but this is not a reason to call it a minus). The beach is 150 meters from the hotel, there are many restaurants and eateries within walking distance). Also, there are a couple of markets (evening and night) not far away and there is a huge shopping center on the embankment).
