5 points for the hospitality, responsiveness and excellent breakfasts. Location - 3 minutes and you are on the beach, which is not very clean, you need to stomp behind the Lotus Tower, the sand is cleaner there. The hotel is a little tired. We had the most budget room, on the 7th floor, a great bed, pillows, cleaning was done every other time. Sometimes they don't clean up, then you have to ask to be cleaned up. The linen was not changed during the week of stay. Dirty windows in the room. In January, there was no sun in the afternoon and it was really cold. The water pressure is weak, the water is slightly warm, but this story is for all hotels, I guess. Excellent Wi-Fi, I worked quietly remotely, there were no problems. At the hotel, you can rent a bike through an intermediary - 150k dong per day, refuel at your own expense, your passport is taken as a deposit until you return the bike (you can rent 130k + passport photos from locals, but all the bikes are padded, ours was nothing yet, a frisky Honda, about 150 cubic meters of engine). A lot of Chinese, very noisy. The hotel has a swimming pool, clean, chlorinated, fenced off for children, about 1m deep, and deeper, 1.65m maximum depth. There is a gym, a small room with equipment. In general, the staff was very hospitable, the room, with its disadvantages and for its own money, was adequate, there was a market nearby where we changed dollars, it was more profitable than in the center, in jewelry stores (the difference reached 50k dong to 100 $).

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Excellent location. The tourist center is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace.The central beach is across the street, there are not many people. There are private sun beds. We really liked it.
