The service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a bouquet online. I asked several times to attach a postcard with the text (the text is mine). She also asked me to send a photo of the finished bouquet. If a photo of the bouquet was sent, after my repeated reminder! then the postcard was attached to the bouquet without text. Although I reminded them and asked them not to forget, they said, "Okay." And after my dissatisfaction, they also gave me advice, a quote from a girl who communicated with me: "Since it happened, call your grandmother and say these words personally." Behind the attractive picture on Instagram, there is complete ignorance about their customers. Improve the service!
The service is just great! We collected a gorgeous bouquet that made the girl smile 24/7. Before sending, they threw off a photo of the bouquet, the photo corresponded to reality. Prices don't bite. We also helped to arrange an unexpected surprise until the very moment of receipt) I put 10 flowers out of 10
