My husband decided to surprise me and ordered a bouquet on the store's website, as well as a Scandinavian salmon cake. To be honest, I expected a little more. The flowers did not come as I expected from the picture on the website. The roses, which were supposed to be 1.5, cost 2 rubles, but in the end I got only red ones, although it was stated on the website that there would be white ones. It turned out that they simply did not want to sell at the price indicated on the website, and deceived me. I am very disappointed with this attitude towards clients. When I tried to contact the manager, no one answered and even hung up. But at least the cake turned out to be great, with salmon, which became a real decoration of the table! But, of course, such an unpleasant situation with flowers left a residue. I'm not sure if I'll come here again.
There are just no words... The website says 1.5 rose, I come to the store: there are no such roses with such a price, at least 2 rubles and only one type of rose - red, although there should be both white and red 30 cm each for 1.5. I asked why you don't have 1.5 as on the website? They answered me with a wild voice that "we didn't even order for 1.5, only for 2p ", although I understood perfectly well that these were those roses of 30 cm 1.5 p and they just deceived me on the price and didn't want to sell for 1.50, it's very sad. Next, I call the manager's phone number on the site - no one picks it up, no one calls back, it feels like they don't care at all! I write to Viber - they don't answer, I call on Viber - I want to clarify about the online order about roses 1.5 - And THEY HUNG UP on ME! And they just answered "no"! THE HORROR! And then they told me the girl replied that they never "hang up". In general, spoiled nerves and a day - as a result, I had to overpay and buy roses for 2p. The deception on the site is complete, and the manager throws off the phone and does not want to accept an online order, I can't reach anyone.
13.08.2023 at 21-00 I bought flowers for a sad event (8 pieces of yellow roses) in one of the pavilions. The seller confidently sold me roses and answered my question about their quality that everything was of excellent quality. She told me how to save them until the morning (put them in water on the balcony), which I did. There was no frost at night. In the morning, when I started wrapping roses in paper, 3 buds just fell apart. It turned out that the buds were rotten at the base, as if they had been frozen in refrigerators. I tried to leave a review on their website - it does not pass, i.e. they do not accept negative feedback about their products and sales. I want to warn customers, if you buy flowers from them, be sure to pay attention not only to the petals, but most of all to the base of the bud.
