Terrible customer orientation. We stood in a long queue, after which we were asked to make a small compliment bouquet of 1 flower with decoration, to which we received the answer "we don't do that," and the sales girl simply left us and began serving the next visitors without giving any explanation.
They do not appreciate the client's time at all, there are a lot of customers:
they came on February 13 to pay and order the same as on the showcase, but 2 times larger in size and pick up the bouquet on February 14 in the morning (so that they hurt themselves). I got the answer that they don't do that, come tomorrow and collect them on a first-come, first-served basis. To my question why this is so, if I already did this with them last time, I did not receive a clear answer.
Unexpectedly and unpleasantly, there is nothing else to go to them and I recommend you
