July 21, 2024 is my mother-in-law's birthday. I came to the store early in the morning to buy flowers. There is a sign on the door saying "5 minutes break". I went to the store while I had time. When I returned 10 minutes later, the sign was still hanging. Fortunately, I had to go back to the store, so I left again. Returning after another 5 minutes, the sign was also in place. I decided to wait a bit. But after 30 minutes of total time spent, it was decided to call the number. The owner of the store picked up the phone and said that he was on delivery and would arrive in 15 minutes. Because I went to this store earlier and decided to wait. When the owner arrived, he walked past me to the door with a straight face, although it was clear that they were waiting for him. Silently he opened the door and went inside. Even the banal "sorry for the wait" or at least "hello" did not sound. I chose flowers and politely asked to make a small discount for waiting (at that time it was already about 50 minutes). To which a refusal was received in a harsh form. As a result:
I came to the store, waited a long time (although I could have taken the money to another store across the street) and, in gratitude for choosing the store and waiting, I received the most non-client-oriented behavior from the store OWNER.
I leave 2 stars ONLY because of the florist's woman, who always perfectly selects flowers for bouquets and behaves professionally both as an employee and as a person. Actually, it was only because of her that I decided not to go to another store, but to wait and remain a client of THIS organization.
I regularly visit this store, a high-quality and diverse selection of colors .Florists in this store explain very competently and in an accessible way according to one or another choice of any composition . In general, everything is impressive and I recommend it!
