We were informed that for such money we can only take roses here for 4 rubles. they look of very terrible quality, such flowers should already be disposed of. When asked to show us the white chrysanthemums from the refrigerator, the florist ignored us at first, and then refused, saying that they were the same as next to her in the bucket. Then she said that for that kind of money we can only take a flower in a pot. The service is disgusting, I'm sorry, but such a person has no place in this field, no culture of communication and understanding that people may have different budgets and not everyone needs huge bouquets. Букет не обработан по нормам флористики, листва в месте сборки ? Кто у вас там работает ? Люди точно владеют знаниями о цветах ?
