Not only was I ignored in the messages for several days (I ordered from another country), they didn't even give me the opportunity to choose the flowers I would like, I was given a bouquet to suit someone's taste!!! He asked me to deliver it before lunch, so that it would be a surprise sutra for a person!!! They brought it in at lunch, when the person was not in place!!! As a result, they said that they would be delivered in an hour and a half! And the whole surprise effect just disappeared! In turn, they wrote: sorry for the inconvenience!!!! Yes, you have left an impression for the rest of your life with your illiteracy and incompetence!!!! They didn't offer a discount for shipping or flowers to add as an apology, just sorry for the inconvenience!!! I'll remember it for the rest of my life!!!! I'll come on vacation and take another look in person!!! Thank you for your birthday! I hope the surprises in your life will be better than you did.

I don't go to this flower shop very often, but for all the times that I've been there, I've only had positive impressions. The prices are reasonable, and sometimes even lower than in the rest.
