We ordered the delivery of an orchid as a gift to mom! They answered us in WA immediately. They suggested the cost and sent a photo of the availability! The orchid was beautifully packaged and the postcard was signed!
It is especially important that it was very convenient to make the transfer, because we ordered from Russia, and we thought it would be difficult to pay. But they helped us and suggested the most convenient way!

I wanted to arrange delivery from them. Maybe they had a busy day, it wouldn't be a problem to wait. I wrote on WhatsApp because orders are simply not accepted from the site. No one answered, I had to call, after the answer they said to wait a little bit. After five minutes, we read all the messages and just blocked the messages. What kind of service, you want to give them money, but they don't need it. I hope everything is not good for them. If they delete the review, I will write another one.

It so happened that by the will of fate my sister ended up in Transnistria, and I stayed in the Far East in Primorye. Today was my sister's anniversary, I really wanted to come to visit, but due to covid restrictions, alas, I could not do it, but I really wanted to please my sister. And then I remembered about the Tatiana Danilova Flower Center in Tiraspol. A couple of years ago, I contacted her to give my mother, who also lives in this city, flowers for her birthday. Tatiana did everything at the highest level, the bouquet was simply gorgeous, my mother was very touched. But today I wanted not only to give flowers to my sister, but also to add a slow cooker to them, which she had long dreamed of. I contacted Tatiana and asked if they could buy a slow cooker in Tiraet themselves and then give it along with flowers. Tatiana replied that there was no problem, although, as I think, this does not apply to the services of her center. She also helped me choose beautiful flowers and made a very beautiful bouquet that looked just like the sun in this gray winter time. It's nice to deal with a very responsive, customer-oriented person who loves his job. The flowers and the gift were delivered on time, a pleasant young man congratulated his sister on her birthday and took a memorable picture. Needless to say, how surprised and delighted my sister was. Thank you, Tatiana!

It is not the first year that I have been a client of the Flower Center. I like to please my beloved with flowers. Tatyana Mikhailovna and I found a common language very quickly, my wishes are listened to and all the nuances are discussed from the choice of delivery time to (seemingly small things) the color of the ribbon, which will harmonize and emphasize the occasion and the event. Each of the created bouquets is unique and inimitable. The staff of the Flower Center, always with warmth and sincere interest, approach the design of the bouquet. The flowers are always fresh and subtly fragrant, filling the room with a pleasant aroma. Do not forget to add here all those emotions that the beautiful lady who is being presented with a bouquet is experiencing :)
I was personally with them - I liked how everything is equipped for storing flowers. The packing place is clean. There is a large assortment of wrapping paper and ribbons. And in general, the atmosphere is pleasant and sets you up for comfort. I like how Tatyana Mikhailovna conducts correspondence when discussing various details of the order, she will always advise and tell me how best. Thank you for the wonderful service!
