This is an extremely unpleasant situation. My husband wanted to please me with a large bouquet (21 branches per second). We discussed with him in advance that I would like to receive white flowers for my 10th wedding anniversary.
And yesterday, such a bouquet arrived. The order was made not in conversation, but through correspondence. It was stated several times that white alstroemeria was needed. (Initially, the manager wrote that now there are only pink ones, but a fresh delivery is expected).
As a result, there are no more than 5-6 white branches from the entire mass.
During delivery, the flowers were naturally wrapped in paper, and the courier warned that it was necessary to prune immediately. Which, in fact, was immediately done. As a result, the courier had already left when the husband took off the paper and saw that it had been delivered to him.
The correspondence simply apologized for the situation.
I would understand if 2-3 branches of a delicate pink or the same yellow one accidentally got in. When closed, they can easily be mistaken for white.
But I am more than sure that "we apologize for this situation" is a bit not the right level of communication when ordering a bouquet in such a volume.
Yes, the flowers are fresh. But this is the only advantage.
I'm attaching all the photos and screenshots.
I contacted the salon again personally. We spent 40 minutes figuring something out, although I attached screenshots. As a result, they wrote that they were ready to replace the bouquet within an hour. I don't know what will happen yet.
The latest update. The replacement was made and apologized several times. But the sediment still remained from the fact that the manager did not think to suggest such an option on his own.

An incredibly cozy place! And the flowers were bought and the balloons were inflated with helium (nothing burst, everything was carried in a strong wind) by the way, the balloon is very cheap 4p only today for pcs. And you can even go in just for coffee at the entrance, a very atmospheric place, which of course is also made by smiling, pleasant consultants, thanks to whom the gift is ready and you are not late for work and the mood is great!

We ordered bouquets for the first-graders. An important day for the whole family. The order could only be placed with an advance payment, it was made. The flowers were supposed to be delivered before 21.00 on the first of September. The courier was 15 minutes late, but that's okay. I brought 2 bouquets: one fresh, the other (hydrangea) of a different color and wilted, which was noticed only at home in good lighting. The store, of course, was no longer working, they did not get through. In the morning they offered us to come from the green meadow and change it ourselves. By helicopter??? Did we just order flowers with delivery in advance??? Have you seen that you use wilted flowers in a bouquet??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Previously, flowers were regularly ordered in the building.

There have never been such terrible colors. We bought a bouquet and brought it straight home in the car. They also cut it into a vase. They weren't in the heat. And in the morning they were already dead. And just 60 rubles in the trash and a spoiled mood. I don't recommend it.

I want to thank the amazingly talented florist Alyona! I can't tell you how happy I am that this particular girl was picking my wedding bouquet! In just 10 minutes, I was switched from a short circuit from pre-wedding stress to lightness and ease. All my wishes and introductions, including the appearance of the dress and the available budget, were carefully taken into account. All I have to do is relax and get great pleasure from watching the process of magic being created, and then from the result! I didn't even expect that I would be able to get not only a very beautiful, but also such an individual, special bouquet!

I regret that I did not read the reviews before ordering! I paid in advance for a bouquet of 8 for the school line. As a result, we had the most terrible hydrangea of all bouquets with this flower. I didn't even take a picture of a child with a bouquet. A flower with semi-brown petals, the impression is like rotten petals. Below is the photo "expectation is reality". My husband took it, he didn't know what exactly I ordered, so this bouquet turned out to be with us. But without even knowing, he called me back with the question "how could you like such a bouquet?". Unfortunately, he only had a phone with him without a camera, and I saw this miracle only at home ((((

I haven't seen such a sad picture for a long time! The bouquet is a day old, and only 4 of the 13 flowers are more or less alive! And this is not the first time I have noticed such a trend!
If earlier the flowers stood for a week or more, then here the first notes of wilting were noticed after 4 hours. (Yes, let the admins write to me now that the care is not like that, it is very hot and other shifting of responsibility)

In the last 3-4 months, flowers from this store have a tendency to start wilting / rotting a day after delivery. The employees do not offer any solution to the problem, they just refer to the fact that they do not know how the flowers will behave at your home (i.e. if you want to participate in the lottery 'idle flowers or you can throw them away in 2 days', then feel free to buy). Perhaps they changed the supplier, because previously the quality was adequate. I do not recommend it at the moment.

I bought the balls on 08/25.23. one of the balls stopped floating in the air after about five minutes. Three more in a couple of hours. 9 hours after the purchase, 6 out of 7 balls were lying on the floor.
When asked by the staff "why is this so," they began to talk some nonsense about "it happens in the heat." When I told them that "it's so hot, it's 22 degrees now," they started talking about the fact that they are not responsible for the balloons, just like for the flowers. That the flowers can wither in the evening and the balloons will deflate in a couple of hours.
I do not recommend this institution. (they cost, by the way, 4 bel.rub for a small ball). I think the flowers are as bad as the balloons. And the institution is not responsible for anything.
