And yesterday, such a bouquet arrived. The order was made not in conversation, but through correspondence. It was stated several times that white alstroemeria was needed. (Initially, the manager wrote that now there are only pink ones, but a fresh delivery is expected).
As a result, there are no more than 5-6 white branches from the entire mass.
During delivery, the flowers were naturally wrapped in paper, and the courier warned that it was necessary to prune immediately. Which, in fact, was immediately done. As a result, the courier had already left when the husband took off the paper and saw that it had been delivered to him.
The correspondence simply apologized for the situation.
I would understand if 2-3 branches of a delicate pink or the same yellow one accidentally got in. When closed, they can easily be mistaken for white.
But I am more than sure that "we apologize for this situation" is a bit not the right level of communication when ordering a bouquet in such a volume.
Yes, the flowers are fresh. But this is the only advantage.

I contacted the salon again personally. We spent 40 minutes figuring something out, although I attached screenshots. As a result, they wrote that they were ready to replace the bouquet within an hour. I don't know what will happen yet.
The latest update. The replacement was made and apologized several times. But the sediment still remained from the fact that the manager did not think to suggest such an option on his own.
