For me, the main thing in the service sector is people. Yes, product quality is important, especially when it comes to colors, but first of all, such services are distinguished by the level of human involvement, care and attention.
This is not the first time I have ordered flowers, and it would seem difficult to surprise me. But Tsvetarius won me over with his sincerity and sincere desire to help. On my mom's birthday, I ordered a bouquet from them, and a cake from a pastry chef who was supposed to deliver it to the store via Yandex.Delivery, so that everything is sent by one courier.
Unfortunately, there were serious difficulties with the delivery of the cake. It would seem that the store could safely stay away — this is not their area of responsibility at all. But Tsvetarius' consultant treated the situation with such understanding, concern and kindness that I simply have no words. She got into the situation, helped to organize everything as smoothly as possible, and thanks to her, the holiday was saved.
As for the bouquet itself, it was flawless. Beautiful decoration, fresh flowers, amazing taste. The recipient was delighted!
Many thanks to the entire store staff. If there were more such sympathetic and kind people in the world, it would definitely become a better place. I heartily recommend Tsvetarius— both as a store and as a team with a real human face.

In general, this is a very good store, I always buy lilies there. But the last time I bought, they sold me scentless lilies, although I mentioned several times that I love lilies for their fragrance and beauty.
When I got home, I was glad to see that the lilies still had a closed bud, hoping that they would stand for a long time and soon begin to smell.
But it never happened, so I give it 3 stars. Otherwise, if you specify the details yourself, the store is quite acceptable.

An ambiguous impression of the store. By choice, in principle, it's not bad, but the seller's attitude is something. I asked for 7 branches of bush roses, they brought different quality and freshness, one branch is almost withered, others do not look like bush roses, a couple of modest flowers on a stem. I asked to be replaced with more lush ones, to which I was told that I could not choose. It was the first time I encountered this when choosing colors. All this was accompanied by such a look and tone that the desire to be a customer of the store in the future completely disappeared. The administration should take a more careful approach to the selection of personnel, since with such an attitude to customers, no advertising by famous bloggers will help.

I decided to buy flowers for September 1st. I saw an advertisement in Tiktok. It's a disgusting store. The flowers are clearly not the first freshness. I couldn't choose the best of the worst for a long time. Since there was no strength or opportunity to go anywhere else. The girl offered roses with the words "all fresh, only from the pack." Somewhere they are already fully open, somewhere they are sluggish. Somehow we agreed on 3 roses with a ribbon. I noticed that 1 rose has a black bottom - the base of the petals. I asked to be replaced, with a very sour face, they replaced it. The bow was tied somehow funny and ridiculous, the first time I saw such a method. As a result, he got untied and lost. Don't set foot in this store anymore. Although the atmosphere in the store is pleasant.
