The Tsum was built back in Soviet times . It is very difficult to stay in the building for a long time , there is no air conditioning , crowding . It is not clear where and which department . Poor sellers, it's probably the hardest for them. There are modern and spacious shopping centers nearby , it 's better in them . Previously, they ran to the Central Department Store for a shortage . I wouldn't recommend going there now.
