This building was built several decades ago. There are many different clothing stores, souvenirs, phones, shoes and office equipment in TSUM. There are ATMs on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a workshop for the repair of household appliances. All floors are clean. There is a small art gallery on the second floor. There are several cafes at the exit of the TSUM.

The Central Department Store has everything from repairing phones, to buying clothes, bags and underwear, and if desired, you can have a snack.
