A 3+ hotel.
Pros: well-trained staff, who understands English well, fulfills all requests. The bed linen is of excellent quality. A pleasantly heavy blanket. The mattress is medium-hard and comfortable. Breakfast for 4-. I'm picky and I don't eat eggs or other cereals, I chose a hotel with Thai dishes. The buffet includes Thai dishes: pork stewed in oyster sauce with
bell pepper (delicious), padtai is delicious, but sometimes it's noodles and then it's not tasty, kuai tiao is passable but not as tasty as on the streets. All kinds of vegetables in oyster sauce will go for the assortment. In short, fastidious, I'm generally happy with breakfast. Orange juice is always the same and the second one changes. Pineapple is ok, guava is not sure, apple is highly diluted. There are no toothpicks on the tables.
Cons: the pool is right by the road. Nobody uses it. In principle, it's not difficult to go around the corner and swim in the beautiful pool 2 buildings later. The hotel itself is deep in the quarries, the street layout is spontaneous and it is difficult to understand where to go. Use Yandex Navigator. Half an hour walk to the sea! It's 7 minutes to tuk-tuk. We got to songkran: for 6 days they pour water on you in the city, you get completely soaked. Many people try to pour ice water. The tuk-tuk movement has been stopped in recent days, you walk so far and get watered all the time. The second day we took a motorbike taxi, which cost 400 baht from yuzhnaya Street to the hotel. It's a decent walk to the local markets, and you need to find them first. Rybny is a 20-minute walk away, today we'll go and see what's there.
There are excellent hotels nearby with green areas with beautiful landscaping and stunning pools... Unfortunately, Tsix5 is not like that. At the roadway, without its own territory, repairs can be seen that they were made a long time ago and are morally outdated. Swot costs money. But if you're looking for a better place, take a look at nearby hotels like Modus or The Zign, or better yet, choose Jomtien.

A wonderful hotel!
Newly renovated, very interesting room design, white linen and towels. The room has a bathtub and a separate shower room, with shampoo, gel, soap, and cotton swabs. I was especially pleased with the light cotton robes. The cleaning works great, and everything is perfectly clean.
The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, the sea in this place is quite clean and has a beautiful view of the Temple of Truth.
The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, we ate enough until dinner, and we ate fruit throughout the day.
We really liked the hotel itself, but we still love Jomtien, hang out in the evening, and take a walk along the waterfront. Everything closes here after 10 p.m. and it's quiet.
If you only need comfortable accommodation and clean sea nearby, then you will not find a better price-quality ratio.

I lived for 9 nights in February-March 2024. The rooms are comfortable, kettle, coffee, sugar, hair dryer, accessories, bathrobes, umbrellas - everything is available, of good quality. The room has a separate shower, bath, toilet, nice balcony. Transfer to the beach (7 minutes on foot). The central street, where the tuk runs, is 500 meters away. Satisfied.I recommend.

A great room, it was one of the largest rooms, very cozy, I was delighted, they cleaned every day, changed towels every day, a bathrobe every two days. The coffee set was replenished daily, as were two bottles of water. I had two balconies, one overlooking the area and the Temple of Truth, the other more facing the sea.
Of the disadvantages, this is only a deposit at the entrance only in the national currency.

A hotel that I can recommend to everyone, a vacation in January 2020, there was no panic, except that all the Chinese were wearing masks. The service itself is excellent, the room is clean every day, the linen was changed once in 2 weeks, but it was ironed as new, but we did not dirty it somehow. We lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot, the sea and the road, no noise, slept with an open balcony, a mosquito flew once. The room is very decent and has a shower and a bathtub and a closet with lighting, bedside tables, an armchair, a cold cleaner. I'm with a 4-year-old child behind my back. Separate 5+ restaurants, having visited many places in this price category, this restaurant serves the best buffet, the food is varied, always delicious and on any stomach. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, but it is small, but there is an excellent one with a sea view and a bar and a gym for three buildings, we went to it a couple of times. The girls at the reception only understand English, but are nice and friendly always at any time. There are no complaints at all. Besides the fact that I did not guess the location, it was still a long way from sangteo, my son was tired of walking.
