The service is excellent. But, they need to resolve the issue of sterilization. Improve your qualifications somehow. In Karaganda, there are veterinarians who sterilize the animal, put on a bandage 1 time and only after 7-10 days to remove the stitches (we take them off ourselves). They need to give 2 injections for 3 days, and change the bandage, it's such a stress for the animal.
