The restaurant is located in the old town in the fortress. You have a very beautiful view of Budva. The menu selection is small, but everything is delicious. The atmosphere is romantic and cozy.
The only bonus is the view of the city from above from the observation decks. The territory itself is small. Admission is 5 euros, definitely the price is too high. There is practically nothing to see in the Citadel itself, except for the library, decorated in the form of ordinary shelves behind glass with books and a small room with models of ancient sailboats. There is a cafe with a sea view.
It's a beautiful place. Roman period arches have been preserved on the territory, and Catholic and Orthodox churches are charming. The citadel is beautiful at any time of the year. It looks majestic against the background of a stormy sea. The narrow, powerful medieval streets are like a maze - you can wander through them for a long time, enjoying the antiquity.
A real medieval city with cozy narrow streets, museums, cafes and sea views. A million shops with jewelry, clothes, souvenirs and cute little things. An attractive place to spend an evening and take a walk in the afternoon. For lunch, it's easy to find a huge slice of pizza for 3 euros and beer for 2 euros, and for dinner you can already go to a four-star restaurant and spend 20 times more.
My favorite city of Montenegro, my favorite part is the old town and its center - the Citadel, I recommend it to everyone, for just 3 euros you can climb the walls and see the sunset, a gorgeous view of the city, get acquainted with the library) Budva is a combination of many eras)

I highly recommend that you spare no time and money and stay in the oldest city for at least one night. Walking around the citadel in the evening or in the morning, when there are few people, is not the same as during the day!
It's insanely beautiful. You can walk endlessly. I would be happy to return to this place again. There is one cafe with cats. European coffee is great there.
The main attraction of the entire Budva Riviera. Everything is in perfect condition. Clean, lots of cafes and restaurants - the prices are loyal. There are interesting museums. The view from the fortress walls is amazing. I will definitely come back here!
The entrance costs 3.5 euros, there are beautiful views from the walls of the fortress, there is a small maritime museum and a library, everything is clean and tidy
