The Church of St. Josepha is an excellent church for Catholics and not only. Two literate fathers serve here all year round, always taking care of their parishioners. The gates of a magnificent garden with a pond are open for citizens and guests of the city. And since June 2024. Organ music will be played in the church!
A rather characteristic sight for Belarus, nothing special on the outside, clean and tidy inside, I was happy to go in, since it was open. It is dedicated to Joseph the Betrothed, the father of Christ and the husband of Mary. Well-maintained buildings and grounds, it is light inside, no one is a candle smoke, no shops with a cahors and dzika selling candles and other trade, so that Christ would not have to expel anyone from the temple. It is conveniently located- near the main attractions- Collegium, Mlyn, Uladzimir Karatkevich Museum, castle, beautiful Dnipro. I recommend you to visit. Again, read the Wikipedia article and go ahead!
A very unusual temple in a strict classical style. The colorada in front of the entrance immediately draws attention to itself. To the right of the Temple there is a belfry gate, which is also very unusual... We didn't regret coming here on purpose...
