The Church of St. Anthony of Padua is a Catholic basilica. Located in the European part of the city, in the Beyoglu district on Istiklal Street, the church is built in the Neo-Gothic style of red brick. The facade features small turrets and three large rosette windows with stained glass windows, and the portals are decorated with mosaics. Visitors enter the courtyard by passing through an elegant arch with pointed arches. The interior features ceiling frescoes with scenes from the Holy Scriptures, and the walls are decorated with mosaic tiles.
It is very beautifully decorated at Christmas.
It does not work for visiting in the evening.
