We visited the Basilica of the Archangels in Kutaisi with friends and our impressions were positive. The place is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. Stunning view of the river. On the territory we saw a small cemetery of famous people with a small chapel. We couldn't help but enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape while sitting on a bench near the chapel. We appreciated the privacy of this place, but noticed that more care was needed. The plants grow exuberantly, and the paths become narrow and slippery during the rain.

It is a beautiful church located on a hill and surrounded by an extensive cemetery. The ascent to the church is quite difficult, as you need to go uphill, but it is possible to park in front of the cemetery. There is an observation deck behind the church, which offers stunning views of the city and the river. The place is very atmospheric and picturesque, ideal for relaxing walks and contemplation.

An old church with a pantheon at the top of the mountain. It's soulful, quiet and very quiet here. Beautiful view of the city and the river.
