The Orthodox church. Services are being held. It is open to the public throughout the day. The temple is the center of the Christian community life of the Antalya coast for Orthodox Christians living in the region.
Cozy church, open every day, liturgy at 9.00, Vespers at 17.00. You can confess at any time, ask.
On weekdays, there are several people at worship, on Sundays the church is full of people and Sunday school. They serve in the Church Slavonic language.
They sing wonderfully, the soul rejoices. I'll come back.
The temple has an interesting story, it is written on the inside above the entrance doors. It was built in the 19th century, in the 20th century for several decades, for obvious reason, it stood mothballed. It has been open since 2008 and services are held regularly.
The only Orthodox church in Antalya with its own building. It belongs to the Patriarchate of Constantinople. There is also a church of the Russian Orthodox Church, where services are held in an office building in a prayer room.
It seems to be a calm, cozy place with a good interior church decoration. A pleasant environment and a spiritual atmosphere for a person attracts for repeated visits.
