I used the services of an exchange office. That day was the best course in Vitebsk. The cashier was polite and helpful. She changed the bills, as I asked. There are no complaints about the exchange office.. I won't say about the bank. I don't know what the ratings are. Most of the client space is occupied by a store with the same tableware.
