The queue is of course like everywhere else. The staff is polite and tries to smile. Since this is a state-owned bank, no one has ever heard about the provision of services both in this department and in the bank as a whole. Everyone earns a salary. There is a department for working with legal entities, meticulous, but very correct employees of which will make anyone nervous by demanding an endless amount of documents. The head of the department is strict and unshakeable as everywhere else.
If it is served by a legal entity, then I would choose another branch away from the center.
One of the most adequate departments of the Central Bank , good staff , neat and responsible, not rude, always polite.
The guards do not look like hopkins from the street, as well as the staff can tell you where to turn or which dispatcher to approach .
Even on the busiest days, the queue moves at lightning speed compared to other branches.
The biggest disadvantage is that they work until 17-00. We could at least make a schedule for the department that works with clients until 19-00, so that people can come in after work and do what they need
