the train station itself is very beautiful, the staff are kind and sociable, comfortable trains and a bus to the airport, there is also a great variety of food court and shops, BUT be careful, try to keep all things tight and visible, as, alas, there are many migrants and homeless people who may just try to approach and steal unnoticed from There's something about you.
A very beautiful monumental building. It is convenient and easy to buy tickets at ATM, even if you have problems with language skills. The toilet is paid for. There are many places where you can have a snack between trains.
Nicely. Comfortable. Everything is clear - what, where, etc., because there are pointers everywhere. A convenient and fast place to call a taxi. The queue resolves very quickly. I've never stood for more than 10 minutes.
A good train station, beautiful interiors, a large square, there are many delicious cafes on site, clear navigation. But surprisingly, the train left 12 minutes late.
Milan Central Station, well, what can I say, everything is delicious, inexpensive, very beautiful. My favorite place is in Milan, because I can leave this station in any direction, and this is very important.
Milan's main train station. Trains all over the country. A beautiful building full of shops and restaurants. Excellent navigation. There are buses to all Milan airports nearby
I traveled with my wife from Milan to Rome by high-speed train, just everything from the railway station to the train, everything is at the highest level. And the railway station building itself, it's a work of art, the architecture of the building itself, it's a masterpiece, it's hard to describe in words .The Italians are great, of course 👍
The most beautiful building!!! A convenient and very functional train station, with thoughtful logistics (it is difficult to get lost), with excellent connectivity with other modes of transport. Lots of cafes and coffee shops, shops with the necessary little things. Thanks for the smoking areas)))
An intuitive train station. Everything is very clear and precise according to the signs and inscriptions. There is everything you need. And flights to the airport, and restaurants, and shops, and hotels,
On the 1st floor, if you enter from the street, there are ticket offices (tickets office). If you exit the subway, you get to the 2nd floor, and there are only ticket machines.
It took me a while to realize that different destinations have different carriers, so I ran from one vending machine to another. Fortunately, I managed to catch my train.
The toilet is paid for :(
A magnificent structure! He greets everyone in Milan with dignity. You can immediately disorientate yourself in it. But over time, everything becomes clear. Here you can leave your suitcase for storage to take a walk in Milan.
It's clean, everything is clear, there are many round-the-clock terminals for self-purchase of tickets. This is especially true when driving very early in the morning or late at night. The entrance to the metro is right from the station.
It's a very clear train station, you won't get lost. Trains are served according to the schedule. But there is a small drawback - there are no benches , take a breath . 😂
They have several displays in the cabin of the car that show the map, temperature, speed and various other parameters. So their trains travel at a speed of 350 km/h, I was stunned.
There is a huge railway station with transfers from other directions, quite a lot of information boards, but there are practically no places where you can sit, relax and wait for your train.
Externally, the pompous building of the 18th century inside turns out to be a super-modern train station with a lot of shops, cafes, ticket vending machines, etc. There are train timetables everywhere. You can also buy a ticket online. And only frequent strikes can ruin a trip. For example, we waited for an hour allegedly because of a train breakdown.
A magnificent majestic building built in 1931 (yes, under Mussolini). The style is eclectic: a little liberty, more neo- and pseudo-classicism, a pinch of neo-Gothic. The station can be studied in detail only by those who have nowhere to hurry
A great train station, sooo many people and platforms in one place, it's not always clear where to go on the train. Italy is a beauty with delicious places.
A normal train station. You can smoke almost anywhere. There is a help desk in the central part. They speak different languages. You can pay for tickets in cash.
A powerful imperial building built in 1931. The story can be viewed on Wikipedia. But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the food court. If you want to eat, you can safely come here. There are a lot of delicious things, but I would like to mention the butcher shop. Meat lovers will not regret it.
A huge train station with unusual architecture, which has a special atmosphere. It is one of the main attractions of Milan that you definitely need to visit

This is a real work of fascist art, no matter how ambiguous it may sound! Gigantism and superhumans are everywhere here. But it is made with Italian taste and style, so it is not repulsive, as in the same Berlin. I visited here for the first time in July 2015, by the way, very convenient regional trains to Trento and Verona go from here. Also, on one side of the station there is a bus stop in Malpensa, from where Aeroflot flew, and on the opposite side you can get to Bergamo airport for 5 euros and 1 hour (Orio al Serio - RyanAir flies before Victory). Now there is a shuttle airport at different prices at different times, but no more than 9.20 euros. And Flixbus for 10 euros.
The machines have a lot of "assistants" who behave so confidently that you think they are officially working here. But one of them really helped me and only modestly asked for a change. Two euros didn't ruin me, and he saved me a lot of time by also seeing me off before my train to Verona was already leaving. But in any case, you need to treat such people very carefully.
Also, through this Station, I left Verona for Paris in the spring on the Thello EN 220 train. 150 euros for two in a compartment for four is absolutely not worth it, the buffet restaurant is mediocre, and the comfort in the compartment is worse than on the Peter-Moscow trains.
Even if you don't need to catch a train, come and admire this station!
The train station may be beautiful, but it's not cozy, and it's confusing, there are few shops, fewer than in Rome, but there are also a lot of strange personalities.
Just the beautiful architecture of the station. According to the schedule and boarding trains, everything is intuitive. Sometimes they change the number of the landing platform, so you need to be more careful with this.
Overall, it's not bad. But it takes time to figure out what, how and where. Sometimes pointers are more confusing than helpful. But the staff comes to the rescue if you ask. And so, the train station is like a train station. Like we did 10-15 years ago. I understood that it was not around the clock, since the luggage storage was open until 9 pm. There are no automatic storage rooms. The Internet is weak and I was unavailable (I need a local SIM card).
The train station is not far from the city center. Well-developed communication with the cities of Italy, as well as convenient access to Milan airports. I was surprised that the ticket offices for the sale of railway tickets are closed until 20 o'clock, later you can only get tickets through vending machines. Queues appear at the ticket offices during the day (there are few cashiers).
We went to the outlet from the station, in general, it looks like a very beautiful building, a lot of Easter eggs as in the photo. You need to walk and watch.
A large, thoughtful, and very beautiful train station

In the summer of 2024, I arrived at the Milano Centrale train Station. The station is big and beautiful from the outside, but inside it is dirty, hectic and uncomfortable. Navigation is confusing, and it's easy to get lost. The staff was polite, they helped me figure it out. In general, I expected the best from such a famous place.
You can break your head to find short platforms for trains to the Airport. And buying tickets is still an adventure. The station staff spoke English very poorly, and sent everything to no one knows where. The navigation of the station leaves much to be desired.
My favorite train station, amazing architecture, everything is clear, many shops, cafes for all tastes to wait for the train.

A beautiful train station. By itself, it is one of the main attractions of Milan. I recommend you to visit. There are a couple of cafes at the station, a burger King, but the prices are a little overpriced. One of the disadvantages is the toilet for euros, but it is very clean

Beauty. Pomposity. Space. Having visited once, you will never forget. Convenient ticket purchase at numerous vending machines. There are many interesting shops. If suddenly the train is delayed.
