It's dark in the cafeteria, half the light bulbs don't work. There is very little choice. People are constantly smoking and throwing cigarette butts at the entrance. And the administration does nothing about it. And the most brazen thing is to put a kiosk selling electronic cigarettes inside the establishment!!!
