The old days are over. No one is in a hurry to buy homemade products at an early hour. The concept of the market has changed since Soviet times. They used to go where they were told. Because there is a shortage. Now the market should be planned in a residential area, near high-rise buildings. But large retail chains will resist.
The market should be moved to the station site. And high-rise buildings nearby, and a transport interchange. And it's better to think about a few small ones around the city.
In the past, the market was interesting for cheaper prices than in the store. Now it's the opposite.

Ну рынок как рынок. Как 40 лет назад, так и сейчас. Не изменилось ничего. Рынок такого уровня, на который можно приехать на конской телеге и это нормально для всех) но иногда можно купить сто руликов туалетки и саженцы. Закаточную машинку, банки и зерна

Одно название, что рынок. Нормально работает только в субботу и воскресенье, в будний день ничего не купить
