Today (06/07.23) I arrived at 6:40 and signed up for the paper list at the entrance to the building, I was at number 36 (yesterday I arrived at 8:45 and there were already more than 100 people in the queue, according to eyewitnesses, the one who came at 6:30 was the 10th in line, and 100 people is an approximate numberthe number of people who are served per day, then the electronic queue is closed). This paper list is made so that after the opening (at 9:00) there would be no crush and misunderstandings. And then they start in parts and you need to take coupons in an electronic queue. If you can make an appointment early enough, I recommend staying closer to the entrance at 8:30. For 15 minutes before the opening, a lot of people run in, among whom there are violators of the established order, who will brazenly break through despite the general swearing and discontent of people in the queue. I was a little gawky and did not pull up to the entrance in time, and as a result there were 47 people in front of me on the ticket (but some of the coupons were canceled and torn out of the hands of the violators). At 12:30, I received the required paper. Accordingly, in total it took 6 hours.
Take food and water with you if you don't plan to go somewhere. There is no accessible toilet, as I understand it.
There are no questions about the procedure itself, everything was done in a few minutes.

I gave my passport for registration on December 8, they said they would call in a week when it was ready, it's already December 19 and still there was no call, I'm trying to get through to both numbers from Spyur.am - no one answers, is there really no way to inform normally without having to go there physically
12.01.23 we received a social. the card in an hour. None of the staff left for lunch, friendly attitude. In our case, there were Russian passports. For adults, a passport is required, a copy of the passport page with a photo and a page with an entry mark, a notarized translation of the passport and its copy, for minors, in addition to the passport, the original birth certificate and its copy are required.

We made a social card very quickly - 15 minutes for two. The staff is polite and helpful. If you order a taxi, you will most likely be dropped off at the parking lot - this is not the right entrance, you will need to go around the building. But even if you go to the wrong place, they will help you and tell you where to go.
We arrived an hour before closing time, we didn't even hope that we would make it. As a result, we received 2 social cards in 30 minutes (including waiting in line)! In the ticket machine, select the first line, this is it. Take with you a photocopy of the notarized translation and the passport page, where the photo + a photocopy of the stamp of entry and the passport. Thanks to the staff!
The first time there was a long queue. They applied for a social card.
Now for the second time I come to get it, 2 hours before closing, they don't even give coupons to the queue.

The application for a social card was accepted very quickly! But the truth is written that it is better to borrow from 8 in the morning. It is better to wait 1 hour from 8 to 9 than to arrive at 9 and leave at 15

I stood in line for an hour and at some point I felt sick, I lost consciousness. I want to thank the helpful staff who came to the rescue, helped, brought water and did not stay away in such a situation! There are a lot of people, but the staff work quickly and the queue moves noticeably, no one swears and everything is clearly explained and they communicate politely.
It's a terrible place. It's not enough that I waited more than an hour. When called to the window, the employee went to chat on the phone.! Making excuses that it's for work.
It's a disgusting place, everyone climbs in line, it's impossible to sign up for Earlyone. I took the ticket at 9.30 am, 3 hours later I'm not even in the middle of my journey.
