In your opinion, people should come sick and look for a questionnaire for themselves, maybe I should also check myself and write a referral (prescriptions) for myself.

The staff with varying success, then rude, then talk normally. Practically no one starts the appointment on time. In general, this clinic is a punishment for not being able to afford good paid medicine.
