A large library, a good fund! The staff conducts very interesting and informative events. There is an art hall, where exhibitions of artists, artisans and much more are exhibited

Disrespectful respect for people. Employees in an empty hall communicate reluctantly and with anticipation. I wanted to register with a residence permit in Polotsk (I live and work in Novopolotsk), I was rudely told: "You have your own library, go there." The experts are clearly out of place.
