The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work.
The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan.
It is a pity that we have to deal with such people
It's a terrible place. I called the operators to find out about the payment by transfer to the card. The operator told me to wait 2 minutes and did not return so I waited for about 10 minutes.
I arrived at the office, they said they would not accept a transfer. I had to drive back.
