Dear UzAirways!
I would like to draw your attention to one important problem that citizens face when buying tickets. Now it is required to provide a residence permit, which creates inconvenience, especially for those who have an ID passport and who do not know how to extract data from the myGov portal.
In modern conditions, it is important to implement innovative solutions that simplify the process for customers. For example, you can use automatic data verification through an ID passport or temporarily waive the requirement for a residence permit if it is impossible to provide it.
This will improve the user experience and make your services more accessible to everyone.
Thank you for your attention and I hope that my suggestion will be useful!
We arrived at the ticket office to change the ticket. It was June 24, 2024. We were with a one-year-old child. They took a number and sent it to the cashier # 16. We went to the cash register #16. The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work.
The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan.
It is a pity that we have to deal with such people
A clean, spacious ticket office. Many windows are open. Electronic queue. The issue was resolved quite easily and relatively quickly. Lots of sofas and armchairs. A decent toilet
