Very nice hotel! Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, VERY tasty breakfasts, a good SPA area with a small swimming pool and Jacuzzi (steam rooms for an additional feepayment)
I'm shooting a star for additional services - I took a massage with a friend (she's Thai, I'm classic) and were, to put it mildly, dissatisfied - the price is high (5000 rubles), and the service is of poor quality from the word at ALL! I was given a classic from the Soviet era, and my friend was openly tortured - a Thai or Balinese specialist did a massage very painfully. This is the only disadvantage during our stay, which is worth paying close attention to!
Otherwise, everything is very good - we thank the team for a wonderful vacation, which was not overshadowed even by a bad and expensive massage.

Nice hotel!
It is very clean and cozy.
The staff is excellent: the hostesses are friendly and ready to meet you.
Breakfasts are beyond praise! A varied and delicious menu. They asked for an omelet without milk , everything was done and brought . I know that porridge was also cooked at will.
The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Note: we pumped up movies on a USB stick and watched them in the evenings, the TV is big. There is a cosmetic kit, I really liked the smell of body lotion- I collected a bunch of jars. There were no bathrobes, but maybe it depends on the room category (we had a standard). Very cool mattresses and blackout curtains - we slept with a bang! They cleaned perfectly, towels were changed on request (we threw them on the floor in the bathroom).
A Jacuzzi and a swimming pool are included in the price, a hammam/ sauna require an additional fee. After the pool, they asked to change the towels - they changed them without any problems.
Very convenient location - everything is close.
I recommend it! The price correlates with the quality. Rating 10/10

A very pleasant hotel located in the very center of Yerevan. The rooms are just huge. The breakfasts are varied, with a new menu every day. The staff is friendly. A fairly recent renovation. The only negative is the pillow. Very, very tough. It is more comfortable to sleep without it than on it.

A small cozy hotel within walking distance from the city center. There is a SPA area with a swimming pool. Good breakfasts. The room is spacious and bright. There is an air conditioner.
The bathroom is small, but includes a spacious shower stall.
There are no problems with the language, the staff speaks Russian.

First of all, cleanliness. The rooms are incredibly well cleaned, this is an important moment for me;

We left a tip for the cleaner, and the next day she treated us to a huge delicious cake)
Very convenient location. The hotel is within walking distance of attractions and cafes) we almost always walked everywhere.
Since the house is located in the courtyard, it is also quiet there) you can have a great night's sleep)

In general, not a bad hotel, convenient location, friendly and polite staff, spacious room, good Breakfast.
But, a little tired repair, a very uncomfortable bathroom, this is a direct minus, the shower cabin occupies almost the entire area of the bath, why is it like this? And there is a small sink where nothing can be put. Plus there were moments with cleaning, it's just for show here. The bedding is fine.

Good location- the center is a stone's throw away, while it is quiet. Nice interior. There is everything you need. There is a swimming pool- included in the price, where you are only with your circle, for this you need to book a time in advance. There is also a sauna, but we did not use it, I do not know the conditions. Armenians, in principle, are all very welcoming and hospitable, the staff reflects the cordiality of their people))) The room is very clean, the mattresses are good, the linen is snow-white. The breakfasts are good- a buffet, a girl at breakfast- well, what can I say, it's Armenia, literally after 5 minutes of communication - almost relatives. There is a secret in the shower room that a regular shower would flow, you need to turn the faucet to the side until it stops - they solved it for 3 days 🤣

The second time in this hotel, huge rooms, very comfortable mattresses, clean. The interiors are somewhat gloomy, it seemed to me, but in spacious rooms it is not noticeable. The breakfast is very tasty and different. Attentive staff. The spa is not big, but it is very pleasant to spend a couple of hours in the evening.

A great hotel. Rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. When it was +45 outside in the afternoon, the air conditioner coped with its task. The location is very good - in the very center, while on a quiet street. There is a cozy cafe downstairs on the street. A small swimming pool on the 0 floor saves you from heat and fatigue in the evening. The staff is very polite and friendly. Our two-room room is on the 5th floor without comments. The breakfasts include everything that is required.

I recommend the hotel!
Wonderful girls, Inesa and Greta, work at the reception, they can help with booking a table in the restaurant, solve all issues.
The room (we had 2 rooms) is very spacious, cozy, clean, there is a mini bar (for a fee) and free tea, coffee, water, which are replenished every day. The bed linen is clean, soft, and towels are also provided. There are many channels on TV for every taste.
The breakfasts are delicious, a little monotonous, but there is a choice: scramble, eggs, sausages, vegetables including fresh ones, pastries, dried fruits, juices of 2 types, a coffee machine with a large selection.
Excellent location in the center, 5-7 minutes to the central square and famous restaurants.

Located 3 minutes from the center!
The room is excellent, the furnishings, the linen, I did not have enough bathrobes (personally, I need a bathrobe as a hotel attribute).
The staff is friendly!
Breakfast on day 4 is the same thing I'm tired of(🍊🍎🥬🥦🥒omelet sausages cheeses🥧☕). Where's the Porridge?
The spa is not bad, there is an 8/8 pool.

We lived in room 606 from October 7 to October 10. Very good location, pleasant hotel, polite staff. Except for Hades to the construction site from the room, and an industrial fan constantly turning on (every 5-10 minutes) and buzzing for 1-2 minutes for the whole neighborhood under your window. The room is spacious, everything is clean. The breakfasts are good, but why is the omelet always cold (even at 8 a.m. when breakfast is just starting).

The hotel has one important plus — location. The rest can be called a hotel with a stretch.
Let me explain: for me, a hotel is primarily about hospitality and the attitude towards guests, and this can only be considered by the details, the little things. And here, at first glance, everything seems to be OK, but the little things give out the true attitude to the guests, namely, "we are not about guests." Now the details: everywhere there are light bulbs of different colors, light and brightness, from the lobby to the rooms and toilets!!! Is it really so difficult to buy 2,700-3,000 Kelvin in rooms, and put your favorite ones on the stairs, as in operating rooms, if you like it that way. Next, I paid for a room for the family for a week and immediately provided all the documents so as not to wait for registration from the road, we arrived — let's get the documents and the whole process again ... why was this circus with pre-registration a week ago? Then we go to the room — the card (the only one) does not open the room (I remind you from the road, I want to take a shower, relax), I go down to the reception, I say that the card does not work, they do not believe, they went up, checked, it really does not work. Half an hour fixed, hooray! There is no blanket for the second child, they asked for it — they brought it without underwear))) Like it's both possible and so. And with all these stumbles at different stages, neither I'm sorry, nor we will improve. Although we are not rude, friendly, though spoiled by good service. It may seem that I want a lot, but in fact only one thing — hospitality. The attitude determines everything, and why open up if you are not happy with the guests?!

We were in Yerevan with my husband for the first time from 01.09.21 to 04.09.21. We chose the Central4* hotel. We were very pleased with the choice. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We have never seen such a sincere attitude anywhere. I would like to thank the receptionists Marianna and Inessa for their attention. As well as cafe administrators Katarina and David for the excellent breakfasts. And all together for organizing a surprise, happy birthday! It was unforgettable! We will definitely return to Yerevan and only to this hotel!

Not a bad hotel! Everything is ruined by an industrial fan that buzzes every 5 minutes, and the windows exit to the construction site. The rooms themselves are not very bright, which I personally did not like. And so if you do not sleep lightly, then the hotel is not bad. Of the advantages - location, polite staff, cleanliness!
