I recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Italy! The tour is amazing! I liked everything very much. Many thanks to Gelena for the excellent organization of the tour and help with obtaining a visa quickly. Throughout, I felt like a ViP client, very attentive attitude and understanding of all my requests and preferences for rest. Everything was organized perfectly. The hotel is great, the food is varied, the views are fascinating and of course, every day was full of new experiences! A very good visa application center. All managers of this center are competent and informative, they suggested which country it is better to get a visa, so that there is less chance of being refused. We were served with them in Spanish for a week. In early September, we signed a contract and started waiting for the windows, recorded the result for 04.10, prepared all the documents for me (hotel/ plane reservation, filled out the forms for me). As a result, on 17.10 I took my passport and was given a visa for a month. I am very glad that I collaborated with this company, if I want a visa, I will do it with them. Maybe I was unlucky with the manager, astrological calendar, aura, etc., but it's really not beautiful. I was constantly doing a visa at another office, but here I needed a different type of visa and they did not do them. I found this Visa Services Center and I did not expect this (rarely, when paying money, you expect that you will not receive anything). This is the first time I have encountered this type of visa, I have asked for help and explanation more than once - in response I received a "message read" and ignored until the next message. I waited 1.5 months and decided to terminate the contract with them, even if I lose 50% of the payment. I really didn't think that could be the case.
In recent years, I have done visas in several centers and I have something to compare it with.
I will not recommend this to anyone.

I applied to the company, they signed up to apply for a Spanish visa. The documents were not checked with high quality, respectively, they were not accepted at the visa center. She reported the problem, something was mumbled into the phone, the request to provide the administrator's number was refused, explaining that it was not customary for them to contact the administration of the center. After the outrage, they descended, they said that someone from the administration would contact them the next day. And, lo and behold!!!! The next day, NO ONE CALLED! I had to call again to find out if I was overburdening myself with a request to provide me with a high-quality service after paying for it. They condescended, and the next day they called. It turned out that I need to pay extra to be re-enrolled, but, send me to a meeting, you can pay 50% extra, and this is not a lot, not a little 190 rubles! Well, there's nothing to do, I paid for it. Then it turned out that my account was blocked for recording... but it's okay, you can drive to Moscow for an additional fee and apply there! I can't, I say, a busy work schedule (initially it was discussed). Wait. We'll call you. I'm waiting. Almost a month. I'm calling. Oh, are you going to repeat it? Let's go to the Greek Embassy. Come on! Anywhere already! Well, besides the fact that you forgot to put the document in a package of documents, they sent it to Viber - print it yourself, otherwise you forgot. As a result, I was never given a visa. 2 months have been lost. A round sum of money. And plans that went to hell. Thank you so much. Excellent specialists are working. No mood, no money, no planned trip.
I would not recommend contacting this center.

I applied for a visa for my son, I wanted to see him after a long payday, and I contacted him via Viber. She explained the situation for a long time, asked to write down where the risks of failure were small, asked for a Spanish one, they said they would not be in time, stipulated the Bulgarian one. Manager Valeria said that the refusals were I insisted on Croatia. I asked why people refuse to record, the risk of failure is high. I discussed this question several times. They told me it was easier and safer to break off the reservation. They just stupidly took the money for the recording and prepared it so that they would not explain the documents to their son and did not warn him, knowing that they would call from the embassy with questions. I called and wrote to clarify every step. Easy money to deceive a student and not give us the opportunity and chance to meet with my mother and brother who was born a month ago ... to us.the information is deceptive, they just cheated by putting money in their pocket . There is no limit to indignation , time and money are lost just like that . I'm going to complain to the tax service and I'm not just going to let it go! I advise you not to go to this company.

Disgusting customer service , lies and that 's all , I don 't advise anyone to get any feedback from specialists , especially Olga 's manager . As a result, the application was not recorded, the messages were not answered, no service was provided, I would like to go and write a complaint about such a "responsible" job. You won 't get a relationship , a consultation , or a good result there .
I am very glad that as a result I took the money because the service was not provided to me and turned to another worthy agency.

I applied to this visa agency, the manager did not inform me about the time frame for making a visa, and decided to terminate the contract. Without providing any services at the initial stage, they decided that 50% of the prepayment remains with them. I do not recommend this agency.
