The doctor is a true professional in his field. After the operation, we feel support and help in the recovery of the pet. There are practically no queues, everyone comes by appointment, we get to the reception immediately or after 5-6 minutes maximum. There is a good device for putting on shoe covers at the entrance, it is enough to put your foot on it. It seems like a small thing, and this is very important - you do not have to bend down and your hands are free. After all, everyone has pets that are on a leash or in a container in their hands, or even on their hands. We recommend it!

We are very satisfied with the clinic. Everything started well with pleasant administrators and all the staff. Everyone patiently, politely explained everything as many times as necessary, gave printouts, explained everything 200 times and asked to call and write if anything. It's very soothing, especially when the problem is with your four-legged friend.
Further on the doctor, we have Dmitry Kuntsevich , I liked it. I arrived with a dachshund and with a problem with the spine, everything was done (the operation was successful) and the dog went... she barked and started playing. This is a success!!!
Then we continued treatment with another problem, but about this in another review, as we will complete everything.

The dog got hit by a car, took him to this center, we were there for the first time. I had to wait for the doctor on a first-come, first-served basis (for a very long time). But on this day, there were a lot of animals by appointment, so since the dog felt relatively normal, we sat and quietly waited for our turn. There were no queues on the day of the visit, very beautiful design of waiting areas, cleanliness and atmosphere. The administrators seemed to me too serious, not friendly and did not say anything about the delay in the reception (we were by appointment), the reception was delayed by 15-20 minutes. The vet girl was more friendly and answered all the questions, vaccinated and chipped very quickly and almost imperceptibly for the cat, she did not even twitch.

Very kind and sensitive professionals work in this center. I brought them an injured homeless kitten to the reception: so much attention and participation that I left with tears of happiness. Veronika Dmitrievna very carefully examined the kitten, took an X-ray in several projections, sent it all to a traumatologist (who had a day off), remotely diagnosed. The kitten was given more than an hour of time and for all this they put up a very democratic price. At the second reception, they immediately remembered the kitten and again provided assistance as professionally and sensitively as possible. A very arrogant, arrogant doctor at the reception accused me of some kind of "slander", Allegedly I don't want to tell the truth, although I am the hostess and I want to help, not "lie", meaning?. Rude and ill-mannered. He wrote everything from our words, gave the task to the assistant to take blood and we did not see him again. Another doctor or assistant came, they didn't even introduce themselves, took an X-ray, thanks a lot to him! I saw that the dog's bladder was full, corrected this need, thank you so much! We left without treatment, they didn't even prescribe vitamins... they just ripped off the money, and there was zero treatment, they didn't even try, no first aid!!!

In fact, we were more or less satisfied). But administrators are something. They constantly forget to call back and drop off the tests. I called them for four days and reminded them to drop the tests. After I received the tests, I called three times a day for three more days, asking what to do next (what treatment or further action plan and examinations). As a result, Grigory himself dialed and told me that he needed to sign up for an additional examination. And he said that the girl would dial and write it down. I waited. I didn't wait. I'm typing again. "Oh yeah, yeah, they were talking about you." They make an appointment three weeks after the moment when I've been calling them all the time for a week already. I think it's okay. I'll wait. Although the dog is lame and the tests are bad. I waited for the recording. I'm calling to check if everything is in force. "Oh. Are you sure you signed up?" Finally. If you want your four-legged friend to suffer in anticipation due to the complete lack of competence of the girls at the reception. Then you are definitely here.

Somewhat belatedly, I want to express my great gratitude to the real professional veterinarian Chegodaev Grigory Alexandrovich and all the staff for saving my cat Murka! I am infinitely glad that my cat has fallen into the hands of such wonderful people!
My cat had a hip fracture, followed by the extraction of a bullet from the abdominal cavity. Unfortunately, the reason was the deliberate shooting of a neighbor with an air rifle.
Operations were performed, everything was done promptly and accurately. The clinic staff treats animals kindly, answers all questions, and gives recommendations.
At the same time, I was filing an application to the police department for animal cruelty. There were several courts (Osipovichi, Mogilev). As a result, the culprit was subjected to administrative punishment with confiscation of pneumatic weapons.
Once again, I express my great human thanks for your professionalism, love and dedication to four-legged friends! By saving our animals, you are saving the person inside of us.

Hello, just amazing guys working at this clinic. The staff is wonderful, the receptionist is a polite girl, Dmitry, the doctor who dealt with the dog does his job perfectly. I was very pleased with this clinic, because compared to the other, the doctor, seeing that the paw was swollen, began to feel it completely, the dog relieved all the pain. I sent him to the hospital for an X-ray at a specific address, the X-ray room did not work that day. We did it elsewhere, there was a lot of outrage why we didn't do it at the specified address. I couldn't open the picture (although the insert was lying with the disc)He started sending us to print it out.As a result, we showed him the insert, he looked at the picture, and also accused us that we ourselves had thrown something heavy on her leg (and the fact that he probed every finger without an X-ray result and the dog was crazy with pain, he forgot) 🐶 4 months and she jumped off the couch at high speed and landed on the turned-up foot. As it turned out, they prescribed absolutely unnecessary injections, so they also told them to inject themselves. When I said about the bandage, the doctor said no way, it should heal itself.......... And then I decided to contact the Central Technical University, where they provided us with qualification assistance. Thank you very much for what you are doing and there is someone to turn to.If it would be possible to put ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would have put it on.

Here they were able to make an accurate diagnosis of my dog, which the CT scan only confirmed. And before that, I was with 4 doctors in three clinics and only the 4th had the right guess. And they performed the operation very quickly. And I am grateful to the surgeon for not scaring me with terrible consequences. Yes, I was told that there might be a relapse, but for some reason, after the doctor number 2 and the orthopedist at the clinic where we did CT, it didn't sound particularly scary. Yes, it's been a few days since the operation and it's too early to say that everything ended well. But for now, at least - the dog was helped and everything was done carefully, the attitude was attentive - they told me everything in detail and gave me recommendations. Thanks to all the doctors and staff I encountered at the clinic.
We were there 5 days after the operation - an examination of the seam. We arrived earlier - everything is fast and without questions. I hope that everything will go well from now on. We are watching.

After contacting the Central Research Institute and communicating with Gregory, we realized that the chances are very high. Actually, the animal is still alive and absolutely unlimited in movement. Everything is as clear and professional as always in the CTO. The night before the operation, they called to clarify the appointment. Services are not imposed, but they are recommended. It's been a few days since the surgery. I tried to lick myself-they put on a collar for a couple of hours. He stopped. Painkillers for 4 days and a jar with postoperative nutrition.
