If you are going to make an international certificate for rabies antibodies, then avoid this place. The certificates were ready on September 17, the call center sent them to another distant branch for them, upon arrival it turned out that they were not there. When trying to figure out the situation with the call center, the employees just started throwing tubes!!!!!!!! Later it turned out that the certificates were in the branch at home. When I got there, only one cat had the original, and the second one had a COPY. Like they got mixed up in the lab. 5 days have passed and still no one has contacted me about the second certificate. It's October 10 and that 23 days I can't get the documents for which I paid 300k tenge. I am generally silent about the ham in the call center. When I try to leave a complaint at the number designated for this on the site, I get a complete ignore. I guess I'll have to go there with the police.

I want to warn pet owners about our terrible situation in this clinic.
Our Bengal cat, who has lived with us for 9 years, began to lose her appetite and lose weight. We turned to the clinic, focusing on reviews and proximity to home.
The doctor diagnosed acute pancreatitis and offered inpatient treatment. Every day we were told that the cat's condition was improving, but in fact it was only getting worse.
After many procedures and tests, the cat needed surgery, but it was too late - she died on the operating table. We ended up paying about $1,000, but we never received reports on all the procedures that were done at the very end.
Take care of your pets and be careful, this clinic is focused on money, not animal health!

At first glance, the clinic is expensive, but good. Doctors speak convincingly for a non-specialist, there is a hospital. But the devil is in the details.
1. Negligence and indifference of junior staff. They gave the injection 8 hours after the appointment, when the bill was on the clock. The infectious disease doctor (!) took the kitten with 0 immunity without gloves, pressing it to the robe.
2. Incompetence of junior doctors. When the diagnosis showed that the clinical picture was Fip, some doctors continued to say that it was panleukopenia. In order not to ship, I'll just say that it's impossible.
3. Incompetence of the senior doctor. The kitten from fip was given immunostimulants and dissuaded us from injecting remdesivir, an antiviral. Doctors were convinced that this medicine acts as an immunosuppressant or as chemotherapy, that is, it affects the entire body. Remdesivir has few studies, but the principle of action is well described - it interferes with the replication of the RNA virus. Side effects are only the withdrawal of it from the body. The senior doctor says what he doesn't know
I think that some basic things can be done in this clinic. Keep in mind that there are many young doctors, their competence sometimes suffers completely. Well, do not think that if you have handed over an animal to an expensive hospital, then you do not have to worry. You need to understand what the doctor is doing and why.

Terrible clinic! My dog was killed! Negligent attitude. Sabaka was only 2.8 months old. There was a planned operation. It's not complicated. We checked all the organs and underwent a CT scan. We passed all the tests. Everything was wonderful. Without any violations.
But they said that the dog died (((.
While I was picking up my pet. There were 2 of us. Whose dogs died! Imagine the mortality rate there.
I don't wish such a loss on anyone.

What can I say? In general, it may not be bad, there are a lot of doctors, clients come. But I didn't like the way in general and in other clinics about cremation of the animal. First, they take money for the animal's body, then if you want to take the ashes, you have to pay extra and it costs very much. But there is no guarantee that my animal's ashes will be returned to me? That's the problem. Or you can not take it away, but at the same time it is also hard to believe how your pet's body will be treated. They'll burn it in a communal pit and throw it away. So I foolishly gave it away at first, then I thought about it and came and took it away. And I have such an aunt at the reception desk and says, like, "Who does this?", I wanted to say that I do this and I don't trust you. But he didn't say anything. So they buried the cat herself. At least I'll know where he is and I'll be able to visit him and that he hasn't been treated haphazardly. We are still a long way from Europe, where clinics cordially treat the loss of the owner and his pet.

The pet underwent surgery after a couple of days, loose stools began. They called, explained that grandma was not in the city with the cat. We can't come now. Only after 2 days. They asked me to tell them what can be given at least now. To which there was an answer. Bring me to a therapist's appointment, we can't help you with anything. And 83,000 tenge was charged for the operation. They didn 't last a day . That's the answer for you, just bring us the money. Do not bring your pets to them. They don't have a pet life, but only a business.

We have been treated by Anna Bodnar all our lives and blindly trusted – more than once she pulled my beloved ones out of the world. Naturally, when the visible heart problems began, we went to the Central Medical Center to see Anna. The forecasts were not comforting, they said that it would not be long, but ...... (the most interesting thing)
I was not in Almaty, but at the same time I called CVM 2 times a day and asked how things were, my family went to the clinic to visit Raisen, Anna called several times with questions, to which I was gently sent to Kristina with the fact that now she is our attending physician and all questions to her. Although we went to Anna all our lives, and not to clinics.
Kristina first prescribed it is unclear what kind of treatment made the dog feel worse, and then the countdown went on, since the dog died in 2 weeks. I wanted to pick her up on Saturday, but Kristina said she was better off and let her stay in their oxygen chamber until Monday. No one went to the dog for 2 days, as there was no opportunity, but they told me on the phone that everything was fine. When they came to pick her up on Monday, and the day before they told me that she had eaten, walked and was feeling well – the dog could not get up from weakness, they carried her home to the 3rd floor in her arms. After calling Kristina and asking what I paid the money for and why the dog was worse, although I was told the opposite, she was genuinely surprised and said that she saw her eating and walking in perfect health in the morning and did not understand what was the matter. She said she would find out everything and would definitely call back, but of course none of this happened. After a while, I wrote to her on WhatsApp everything that I think about her and about Anna, who simply disowned us. She read it and that's it. There were no explanations, apologies, or words of condolence. Just a vacuum. Natalia Viktorovna tried to save the dog in Mastino, but the time was lost – they couldn't help.
I sincerely wish that the children and parents responsible for the death of my girl were treated by the same incompetents as themselves, ruining their lives and sending them to the next world. May every tear shed by those who have lost a part of themselves be poured out to them.

At Mamyr, an X-ray was taken at night and sent to them. In the morning, upon arrival, we sat out the queue and got to the surgeon Denis Eduardovich. After looking at the X-ray images, without asking about his weight and age, he diagnosed Chronic Osteoporosis to a developing organism with an intelligent face. The surgeon did not dare to approach the puppy for a visual examination, which is not an acceptable action for a doctor. Next, he directed us to an orthopedist who took us on the trail. day (apparently he could not make a final diagnosis himself). As a result, the puppy with the fracture received absolutely no help and was not even given painkillers, referring to the fact that it was useless and unnecessary. How can a patient be sent home without first aid? On the same day, we went to another surgeon who put on a cast, put the necessary injections and was already on the trail. the day the puppy comes to his senses and feels better.

Two weeks ago, we arrived with the dog at night to do an ultrasound (we thought the internal organs were twisted), the dog's paws were partially paralyzed. After listening to us, the doctor did an ultrasound and showed that we had nothing terrible there, and our problem with the foot was a genetic predisposition.
Treatment was prescribed, the doctor asked if we were going somewhere else and what they were giving her, and only after that she prescribed medications.
The dog has a very good result, after that we were at the reception two more times, the last time today (12/15/20). I want to say that we are very glad that we got to Karina Shaukatovna, she turned out to be a veterinarian-neurologist, and we were very lucky.
