I made an appointment with a doctor on December 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. on a phone call on December 15, 2024. During the call, the receptionist informed me that I would be contacted to confirm the appointment on December 20, the day before the appointment. Today is December 21st, lunch, and so far no one has called back or confirmed my entry. This is unacceptable and causes me serious inconvenience, as I was planning to come from another city. I demand an immediate explanation of the reasons for this attitude and measures to prevent similar situations in the future. I ask you to understand this situation and take measures to improve the quality.
