No one in the hospital is in a hurry. Especially the medical staff have a working day from 8 a.m., and they can't get their thoughts about work at 9 a.m., and let the patients wait, their working day is on. Until she called for order, they couldn't figure out where they were, at home or at work!!@

I turned to the center of the DRPC named after prof. V.K. Chaika to a reproductologist.
I'm planning a pregnancy. At the first appointment, they told me everything beautifully for a special and individual approach to treatment.
My history of PCOS includes both anovulatory MC and elevated 17-OH. Having passed all the hormones, the doctor did not qualify for the appointment of treatment!
Appointed:
Dexamethasone 1/2 and dostinex 1/4 (Monday,Thursday) for 3 months.
I do not have hyperprolactinemia, for which dostinex is prescribed, it is incomprehensible to the mind to underestimate the hormone at all.
On dexomeazone, side effects appeared on the 4th week of administration.
Rashes, joint pain, weight gain, moon-shaped face, puffiness, cycle disorder!
I came to a doctor's appointment with complaints of side effects, but they tell me: - what are you saying, dexamethasone can't be like that from him.
I have a clear picture of a side effect on my face!
The doctor said to cancel dexamethasone, abruptly. Although everywhere in the recommendations, the withdrawal of the drug is gradual, so that there is no withdrawal syndrome.
Conclusion: there are no individual approaches, the reproductologist prescribes treatment according to protocols. Thinking that all these drugs have the same positive effect.
I canceled dostinex for myself, I think that its appointment is not correct! But with a raised 17, HE is a doctor, and does not even decide to figure it out and prescribe anything.
Advice, be careful what is prescribed and from what. Having got to this reproductologist, I was extremely dissatisfied with the appointment and his approach to treatment. He did not help me with pregnancy, but only worsened my health condition!
Now I'm struggling with side effects, and I'm worried that it will all go away.
Turning to another doctor, it turned out that I just had late ovulation, and utrozhestan had to be taken from the 18th day of the MC.
I wish you all good health.
