As a result, the consultation is such that you can find more on the Internet than these "specialists".

I signed up for an online queue at 8.00, as I still have to get to work. This is, by the way, the beginning of the working day.
They opened only at 8.05, I activated my ticket and waited. And 20 minutes later, at 8.25, an employee appeared with a leisurely stroll, to whom I had a turn.
He spent another 10 minutes arranging folders, turning on the computer, etc.
It is a pity that employees treat their work this way
