After 30 minutes of torment, they gave us a ticket, stood in line for another 40 minutes and it turns out that they gave us the wrong ticket and again the ticket and the queue. It's a circus of some kind. What kind of approach is this?! They killed almost 2 hours of working time for this procedure due to the incompetent work of the PSC staff!
Everything is OK, only employees should be a little more efficient, they are very slow, working with a client in parallel with colleagues gossiping (not pleasant)
PSC employees have no work experience, when applying they run around the hall with submitted documents, asking other employees how to accept documents, when applying they do not explain what documents are required and how to get them, the toilet is generally closed, the doors are blocked and do not open
It's hard to say how everything works there.. But in general, the employees of this institution do their job. It was disappointing that there is no way to print an urgent document
The most disgusting institution, the name alone is the Public Service Center. Absolutely unqualified staff. They can't do some basic things. And if I understand this, then it causes great difficulties for older people. How did they even get hired with such a level of knowledge.
The workers don't do anything, they just don't want to do their job, but they sit like kings of the world.
Constant queues. You can stay in line for several hours and get a reply that they don't do it.
I don't understand those people who complain about the PSC. There is such a flow of people there... but despite this, the employees are polite and always try to help

At the same time, there are employees who really help and try to do it as efficiently as possible. Summarizing the above, be patient and self-control))) (perhaps if ordinary employees were paid more, there would be more pros, well, and less idiotic rules... an exclusively personal opinion).

In general, they made a mess! Everything was great from the very beginning! Everything is for people. Now there are long queues for help, with 1-2 operators working. The rest of the tables are empty, and the operators of the "flies" are counting. They ruined the idea of a PSC. It's a mess!
Now is the time when employees should be versatile, came up, received a service and there is no need to divide the hall into all sorts of service areas and the load on employees would be the same
From the fact that there are a lot of people, it's stuffy and it's worth thinking about airing the room, there's nothing to breathe from so many people, everyone has their own smell, everything mixes up and something happens in general. It is worth increasing the service tables for help, you stand for half a day and your program often freezes, which slows down your work.
Huge queues. They don't really explain anything right away. You can just stand in line for an hour in vain, so that later you are told that you need to go to another window or place
