The work of the PSC and the employees of this organization is at a low level, the identity documents were submitted on 4.07 within 15 working days should be ready, they wrote on paper on 28.07 they will be ready, as a result they came on 01.08 and said it was not ready yet, come around Thu-Fri, the horror is complete, then the deadlines need to be reliable, and if I have a plane scheduled or a long-distance trip on a certain date....

Terrible work of the staff! No one knows how to properly issue documents! They can't explain anything normally, then one thing is not right, then another! Chasing a pregnant girl back and forth!
It's a mess, "their own" are passed without a queue! And ordinary people have to sit in line for 2 hours and as a result , the documents will not be accepted the first time !!!!!!
The work of PSC consultants is not competent.They chase you like a dog.I came, I was told what documents were needed, I brought everything; another consultant is sitting-bring something else., I walked away, reported-hello again; a third consultant is sitting-you need another piece of paper...Why do they put consultants who don't know anything themselves?No one was called for clarification...I said that I wanted to file a complaint - I've been sitting for 2 hours, there is no head, and the deputy is busy..Specifically, so that you don't file a complaint about their work..
