There are few good specialists in the help desk. Some people don't speak Russian well. In general, everything is fine, the staff. It is warm and comfortable inside, there are sofas. There is a toilet, neat, beautiful and clean, which is not everywhere. Kazakhstanis are good at this. But there is a problem with coupons. They give coupons and show one window, then you run around looking for the one who called you (by the number of your ticket, they call you out the window), but this is the 2nd floor. Kazakhs should learn to observe subordination.
I came to do an EDS, they did well, they just created an empty folder, I lost time even when the consultant was servicing and talking on the phone, they just work disgustingly
This room is completely unsuitable for the purposes for which it is used. It is difficult to make a PSC in a former restaurant so that it is convenient for both staff and visitors. A counter for consultations and issuing coupons at the very entrance. People enter and immediately stick their noses into the back of the queue. And there is always a queue, and not a small one. There are not enough seats in the waiting room. There is no wardrobe at all. Considering that sometimes you have to sit in line for more than an hour, it is extremely inconvenient in winter. The only thing that pleases is that over time, consultants and operators become more polite, friendly and competent
Convenient, fast. We applied for an IIN. We went in, at the reception desk we immediately received a number in the queue. We waited for 15 minutes, the girls explained everything clearly, knowledgeably, accepted the documents. After 12 hours, we received an SMS about the readiness of the documents and the IIN. The horror! I change my last name to my husband's last name, I am refused a second time , all because of incompetence by an employee. The first time they did not take the original documents, although they had everything with them - a refusal! The second time they were blunted again and again REFUSED. The boss promised to call back and silence , I'll go again tomorrow .
Everything is very well-established and quickly done. They know their job. Crowds of visitors pass by every day. Different people, different questions, but everyone leaves with a solution. Keep it up!))

The service is terrible. Today my husband and I wanted to apply for marriage registration electronically. You stood by the computer for 2 whole hours, and no one came up and explained anything. Either their system doesn't work, or their scanner doesn't work either. Then we went to Hasheka-14 and they did it for us in 15 minutes.

As for me, everything was pretty good, I said what I came for, they gave me a coupon after 15 minutes already at the table, the whole operation took 30 minutes and at the same time they have air conditioners everywhere. I am satisfied ;)
The location is convenient-the city center.
There is no crowding inside, there is a place to sit down-it pleases.
The service is mostly good.
But at the reception there should be more restrained and not nervous workers, competent.I had to go there three times because they didn't explain what documents were needed.It feels like they're tired of working with people.

The situation was as follows: we ordered a service in the PSC , that is, we blocked the time and day for the service of submitting documents for disability to my child of 10 years old, since this year they told us to submit an electronic form since we do not have Internet at home and office equipment came to the PSC there they refused us this service , saying that we do not do this service , sent us at the address of Ram 114, the former PSC where the service is provided, where on the 2nd floor there were computers and someone from the staff who would show us how to submit documents to us, however, there turned out to be private legal services (Zhanna) where they helped us to create documents for about 2 hours we stayed there and so it turns out it took 2 days for the documents, fortunately there is a car and there is money paid 1000t to build even Icomek did not help because there is no current service what to say about the PSC the people who work there are not to blame for this mess above, just take the documents and run like us, I will not leave the case so that the next time there is no mess I will go to the prosecutor's office.
I don't go to the PSC, I do all the documents at home!

Staff and customers are sitting opposite each other in the dining room. Girls can't scratch their noses when under the gaze of hundreds of offended eyes. It's cramped and uncomfortable. They eat in restaurants and don't solve problems.
It's a long, excruciatingly long time to wait in line. Half of the jobs are empty, they wander around, everywhere ..... they ask each other. And in general, people who are not literate are sitting there.
Almost everything is fine, except for one thing - quite often one of the three ATMs does not work. Rather, they all work, but one does not give out cash. And so the staff is polite, the hall is spacious, there are air conditioners.
The real professionalism of the inspectors' work, self-control and politeness at a high level!the one who organized the idea of the PSC is a real professional, did a useful thing for the people!
When queuing for housing as a civil servant, an employee of the PSC at the site of the "BIN of the state body" field indicated my IIN, as a result of which I was refused entry into the queue. However, I received the notification of refusal after 22 days, which is not provided for by law. In addition, the employee kept my original certificate with the stamp, which she later lost and ran back and forth. I had to get back in line. Generally a nightmare

So I advise the staff to appoint a more stress-resistant more responsive and not indifferent, because many people come from the dolek!
And this applies to many departments of the PSC.But this is still the 1st person and should set an example of the quality of service!!!
Сначало хорошо, выдают талончики, за столами, не могут ответить на все вопросы, отсылают к другим, живая очередь возле компьютеров, которая не соблюдается и от того большая неразбериха, путаница, зависание системы более 15 минут. Спасибо девушкам, помогающим оформлять справки за терпение, но и они нн всесильно. Убрать жевачки и свои сотовые телефоны, отвлекаются и потом теряют нить, что у них спрашивали, приходится объяснять заново. Внимательнее к пожилым людям, почему то на них, у некоторых сотрудников не хватает терпения.
