They came to make an IIN, officially it is done for free, but they began to demand money (they did not even give a coupon for an electronic queue), where you do not approach, they ask for money and different amounts everywhere, and this attitude when they find out that they came from Russia, they called the hotline to solve the issue, they bypassed all the authorities there - only a day later they achieved that to issue an IIN for free as it should be! Do not try to pay them all these bribes that they put in their pockets and do not make such bad sums for visitors, I hope sooner or later the relevant services will be interested in them!!!!! It's a shame!

No complaints. I applied to issue an IIN at 14:30, the next day at 9:40 I received an SMS with a link to my IIN. I didn't have to sit in line for a long time. At the entrance, they asked me what I came with and gave me a coupon in the electronic queue, after 5 minutes I already went to my window.
Completely incompetent and untrained employees work. They can't issue an IIN for more than a week, although this service is provided in a few minutes. They got the date of birth wrong and now they can't fix it. Only negative impressions remained.
I did the IIN. It took half an hour to do everything about everything. By 3 p.m., the link with the iin in pdf format had already arrived. They work very fast, well done!
I want to thank the PSC employee Victoria Adilova. An incredibly generous person. She helped me a lot, although I don't know her personally, communication was only by phone. Professionally and quickly solved my problem. If all PSC employees work the way Victoria does, then the problems of people coming to this institution will be solved much faster.
