The staff is terrible, instead of serving customers, they talk on the phone or with each other, they are rude, they do not immediately say what is needed, what document / information, where you can go to get this or that, they serve a person for two hours, although there is only data to drive into the database, queues that do not move, I waited until it's my turn for 3 hours, although there were 10 people in front of me, constant dirt, very little space, not that there is even no place to sit or stand.
We lost our documents . We searched for 2.5 hours. The operators do not know which package of documents is needed. And so every week I had to collect certificates one at a time and an endless return of documents and a new delivery . From February to November, they cannot send an act to the ground .
It's terrible! I go for adjustments every year.The data is constantly changing, then one house will be registered to me, then another.Then other people's sheds write to me.When you come to them, they start sending you back and forth, you walk from one window to another for half a day, then they drive you from the first floor to the second and back again, as if it's not their fault but mine that they have a complete mess in their documents.
