IIN was received by the Russian Federation abroad. The queue lasts for 20 minutes, the registration itself takes 5 minutes and after another 2 hours, an SMS about readiness arrives along with a link to the IIN itself, so you can not come a second time.
Iin was done for 3 days, I understand that the load is heavy, but I had to come and stand in line three times. Until I came across room 3, a very friendly employee allowed me everything.
