They came to change their passport, left after 5 hours. -they asked for a ticket to replace their passport, gave a ticket for a photo, then gave the necessary ticket (+40 minutes in line) -the scoreboard does not work - the database does not work periodically - they don't give coupons - they do not accept without a coupon -QR does not work for payment -card payment does not work -it is impossible to pay the state duty through the bank (technical work until 16:30, and then until 17:30) -there is no ATM to withdraw cash - cockroaches in the toilet crawl under the sink + nice coffee shop on the ground floor
