It's just outrageous. A woman cannot distinguish between a certificate of HCVP and a certificate of education. Who did not understand, in short, this woman believes that the GCVP is a certificate of training, but! with the inscription "appendix 6" is RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE.
5) Okay, there are at least coupons, according to your coupon number you are called to some table, BUT this will not increase the score in any way, since this function is already available in other PSC. I would somehow still put 2/5 if there were coupons for a separate terminal, that is, self-service. But unfortunately, this is not there either.
I put 1/5 and not 0/5 because at least something is being done outside, tiles are being changed and so on.
The center is located within the city limits, with its own parking. You can get there by public transport. All issues are resolved quickly. An electronic queue system is used. There are enough seats in the common room to wait.
In general, everything is fine in the PSC, but I would like it to work on Saturdays, at least until lunch.

In Ekibastuz PSC, payment of the state uslkg is carried out through tsesna bank, which charge a commission of 700 tenge! PSC employees issue a ticket to window 3 (tsesnabank) and tell people that you can't pay for services anywhere else!!! And there is a kazpost window nearby, where the commission is 400 tenge!!! In which you can also pay for everything. But 400 tenge is also a very large commission!!! There are no other banks nearby within walking distance and people are forced to pay for services at such inflated rates!!! Please figure it out!
