To the management
of the Special Center: 1. Please make an electronic queue so that citizens do not travel in vain and wait for several hours.
2. Operators serving citizens would do well to update the scanner / printer of the device- they are outdated, it takes up to 2 minutes to scan 3 pages, multiplying this by 3-4 documents for 10-15 inefficient time.
3. Increase the working hours on weekends to 16-17 at least.
4. The only special center for the entire city and suburbs of Atyrau is to open 2-3 special centers closer to the city.
5. Install turnstiles in front of the information desks to streamline the issuance of coupons.
6. Replace/fix the lighting - blinking bulbs are tiring during long waits
Thank you in advance
I arrived with a new boat trailer from the Astrakhan border and immediately went to a criminologist. He was already leaving for lunch, but he took 10 minutes and arranged it properly. Next, I submitted the registration documents, paid for the registration certificate and the number. 2 hours and everything is ready. I took out my insurance right on the street and went. 👍
A collective farm, of course, but there's still no choice. There are always crowds of people, all climbing up without waiting in line. Plus, it was difficult to find representatives of the valiant traffic police during each visit.
Everything is in order , the system is good , but no one explains specifically how to get on the queue of a live queue here everything does not work according to the system
Terrible service to citizens. Especially the woman issuing new license plates and driver's licenses! It seems that everyone came to her house and begged for alms! RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!
The only disadvantage is that it is very far from the city, I had to take a taxi. You can take the bus, but it would take a very long time to wait for it. In general, everything is fine! Electronic queue, lots of windows. Polite, helpful staff. Another disadvantage is that they could not fill out the IIN application correctly the first time. They made a mistake in the last name, had to apply a second time and waste time.
We were served quickly. We communicated politely and to the point. The location of the building is far from the center, but tolerable. The toilet is clean (on the ground floor to the left along the corridor from the entrance).
There are a lot of people because of recent events, but the workers are trying, they have organized a lot of computers and people to meet the needs of a large flow of migrants.
The IIN was issued an hour after the application was submitted.
They refused the first time because of a mistake in the name, and everything worked out the second time
Everything is quite organized inside. But the trouble is, you won't get here... And you can't just leave like that - Yandex Taxis don't want to come here. Therefore, in the old-fashioned way, we wave our pen and go at two prices.
The crowd , they don't let you in without recording , everyone is standing in a crowd , transit workers don't give , managers are rude , they wanted to do the best it turned out as always , right across the street they "do" the announcement of the number without queuing...
When you work through the bank, everything is fast, and when everything is slow through the operators) they are also rude. They sit, spend all the time servicing a person, and then, after printing out a pile of papers, they rush to meet the time.

I came to re - register equipment from Astana , the base did not work for 2 days on Saturday and Monday, I lost 4 days .
The staff is polite and helpful. Iin did it very quickly (I applied on the first day, the link to the electronic version has already arrived on the second day)
It's very far away. But in a live queue, everything is fast and clear, the reception checks all the docks, explained what is missing, etc. There is no dining room.
Polite and competent staff, but unfortunately there is no opportunity to take practical exams in categories C, D and E. I had to go to Aktobe to take them.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service! It is not so easy to cope with such an influx of relocators, but Atyrau has coped with it (in my opinion)
I ordered an issue of IIN for myself. Along with the wait, 10 minutes came out, there were a lot of operators then. After 3 days, they sent an SMS with a link to the IIN. It left a pleasant impression.
First of all, I noticed that the center was quite dirty.
In addition, the citizens' service center is located quite far from the city center, and getting to it may not be very convenient for some people. This can be especially problematic for those who do not have their own transport.
