I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service! It is not so easy to cope with such an influx of relocators, but Atyrau has coped with it (in my opinion)
When you work through the bank, everything is fast, and when everything is slow through the operators) they are also rude. They sit, spend all the time servicing a person, and then, after printing out a pile of papers, they rush to meet the time.
I ordered an issue of IIN for myself. Along with the wait, 10 minutes came out, there were a lot of operators then. After 3 days, they sent an SMS with a link to the IIN. It left a pleasant impression.
Polite and competent staff, but unfortunately there is no opportunity to take practical exams in categories C, D and E. I had to go to Aktobe to take them.
