The PSC is good with good service, very cool staff, I especially liked the woman who stood at the entrance to the PSC, I really don't know her name, but she is always very kind, she will tell everything, she will help specialists, she tells me what kind of help I need, What needs to be done, but a cool woman Thanks to her
This PSC building requires good repair, as well as good furniture. Recently I was there to get a passport, so there are such chairs from Soviet times (I remember such chairs used to be at school). I was surprised myself, do such chairs still exist?!😬😳. I went to the bathroom in need. It's a God-forsaken place. There is a woman sitting at the entrance to the toilet, it is not clear why? And the inside of the toilet is not clean, there is no toilet paper. They also smoke there! And what is interesting is that the toilet is located in the middle of the service hall. The guard sits right at the entrance from morning to evening. And he does not control the safety of the population, but from morning to evening, like a parrot, repeats "Mask! The mask!" In general, the specialists there are normal. But he wants the best! I wish you prosperity!!!
It is a very good institution, it is very convenient not to go to different organizations yourself, but to submit documents and get a ready-made solution in a few days - the PSC specialists will do everything themselves. Thank them very much.
Decent service! Special thanks to Consultant Gauhar, and the other guys. They will always explain, advise, and help you sort out the documents. They can advise you on something you need
When you come to the PSC, there are always a lot of people to take some kind of certificate, you have to stand in line before lunch, sometimes after lunch, but there are no more words for me personally, it's not on my nerves 😑😑😑😑😑😑
In principle, everything is organized. During quarantine, people themselves create a crush of ignorance. And so I signed up during quarantine, I came a little earlier but went in at the booked time. The cash register is nearby, the copier is a little expensive, even the computer was given to download the necessary files from the mail. They gave out a ticket, waited in line. Everyone is working. Once there was a guard who came up, I thought I came up to the table without a ticket and was trying to solve something. In general, everything is decent!!!
There is no exhaust and forced fresh air supply. There is a large crowd of people, there is simply nothing to breathe, the smell is terrible in the room, there is a lack of oxygen.
It's a complete mess. In order to submit documents for obtaining a duplicate diploma, I had to stand in the same queue twice to receive a license plate. At the reception, they could not immediately explain what to do and first sent to one employee, who showed how to write an application, then again queuing up and receiving a number, we went to another PSC employee, where we handed over the documents
I have never understood the principle of recruitment. They are short-sighted, lazy, and often it is not clear what they are saying. To get information, you have to ask a lot of questions. There is no detailed answer. The building is so-so. One thing pleases me is that over the years, the issues that can be solved (if possible) in one place are increasing
I was on the issue of obtaining an EDS, the keys were issued surprisingly quickly, I sat in line for no more than 5 minutes. But there are a lot of people in the PSC on other issues.
It was in September. I couldn't get an address certificate for a very long time, I stood in line for almost an hour. The room is stuffy, there is nowhere to sit.And the staff, I'll tell you, is not very polite in their treatment.
The service is 0, the workers are all rude, the mess is complete, no one hears the people constantly ignore the PSC staff in short, I don't even want to talk about this place
It's a mess! The building is in a terrible situation, we still live in the 21st century, nothing has been adjusted, we will not see 50 developed countries at such a pace!!! It's a pity!
Low ceilings, uncomfortable, stuffy, dark, far from the center of the al-Farabi district.Someone lobbied for the lease of the premises and payment from the state budget to the private owner of the building.Urgent transfer of the PSC
