Decent employees of the migration police behave in no way, but as semi-literate uneducated filks who cannot answer the most common questions of clients, and easily raise a conflict, insult and humiliate people at the expense of their pride, so disgusting on their part and not professionally,

The systems hang periodically. We had a registered child, we took address certificates, and then suddenly she was not registered. The staff said that she was not registered. When asked how we received address certificates back then, they shrug their hands. Half of the managers work slowly.

We need to put terminals for issuing coupons like in a bank so that our time is not taken away by others, why should we stand and wait, it's absurd if you don't need advice, but they impose on you only because you won't get documents without a coupon.
