PSC of Zhambyl district, tried to book a visit in mobile egov.kz on April 6, 2021, it didn't work out in any way. I go to the PSC website, not a word about the reservation. Documents are accepted until 18.00.
On April 8, I'm going to Uzyn-Agash village, it's 60 km from Almaty, and it's just wonderful, they don't let me into the PSC without reservation. I explain that I tried through egov.kz . to sign up, I was told that it was necessary via telegram. What's the mobile for then egov.kz ???
I spent time, the cost of gasoline is 120 km and a spoiled mood. They recorded me there on the spot only on April 13, maybe they will accept my documents from the second time, we'll see....

Huge queues, technically backward service! The modernization of all hardware and software of both the local PSC and the central service department is clearly required!!! E-gov has the most backward internet and dumb software! A complete upgrade is urgently needed! It totally sucks and is shitty!
