I want to share how our public service booking system works. PSC of Zhambyl district, tried to book a visit in mobile egov.kz on April 6, 2021, it didn't work out in any way. I go to the PSC website, not a word about the reservation. Documents are accepted until 18.00. On April 8, I'm going to Uzyn-Agash village, it's 60 km from Almaty, and it's just wonderful, they don't let me into the PSC without reservation. I explain that I tried through egov.kz . to sign up, I was told that it was necessary via telegram. What's the mobile for then egov.kz ??? I spent time, the cost of gasoline is 120 km and a spoiled mood. They recorded me there on the spot only on April 13, maybe they will accept my documents from the second time, we'll see....

In principle, it is better than before. But there are still disadvantages. The base always freezes. Not all employees are polite. And so it's generally good. I wish you success and prosperity!
